Using pure Australian lupin grain is a great alternative to wheat or rice bags as it is not only odorless (avoid that burnt smell!) but retains temperatures, both hot and cold better and for longer.

Heat in the microwave to apply warmth and heat or can also be placed in the freezer and applied as a cooling remedy!
